The workshop includes:

  • 6 meetings, twice a week, 1,5 hours long each.
  • Group of up to 12 girls will learn how to build strong self-esteem & how to become more resilient and happy using mindfulness, meditation, gentle yoga, and gratitude.
  • A printed copy of creative gratitude and an art journal.
  • Discussions about life not taught in most schools.
  • Therapeutic art projects.
  • Breathing exercises to releases stress & anxiety & anger
