Mindfulness and yoga club for kids

A great & fun start to mindfulness practice and gentle yoga for kids and pre-teens.

Do your kids spend too much time in front of their devices?

Do they often complain that they are bored, or tired, or not interested in any activities you offer to them?

Do they throw fits or have emotional breakdowns for almost no reason?

Well, these might be some of the side effects of the times we are being forced to live in. And the more we let it become the “new normal” the harder it is going to be to deal with it later.

All of a sudden we were all thrown into deep water and asked to just swim like Olympic swimmers. But it’s really not that easy. And a lot of kids (not to mention adults) struggle these days with loneliness, unexpected changes, grief, stress, anger, you name it…

During this 4 week-long workshop for kids and pre-teens I’ll teach the kids (hopefully 😜) life-lasting skills to de-stress and calm down, navigate difficult emotions, control impulses, focus on what matters, and nurture empathy, kindness, and joy even in times of uncertainty.

PLUS these classes can be credited for the school’s PE! 🙂

Ewa SamplesYour Teacher
My name is Ewa, I am a certified Kids Yoga Teacher and Therapeutic Art Life Coach. I have a Master’s Degree in Child Development and have been working with kids for many years as a family photographer as well as a teacher of a variety of art workshops (for kids and adults). I strongly believe that this world desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of all kinds. Teaching mindfulness and yoga to young people can help with that.
